Kevin, Your narrative is inaccurate. You dealt directly with the septic company, I did not give you any cost quotes and yes the sellers DID give you a credit for $30,000. as half the septic cost which is documented in addendum #2 you signed. Perhaps you forgot, as you bought the house over a year ago and decided to write this review now. Btw, the septic replacement only cost $50,000. not $70,000. as per the invoice from the company that did the work. You have that wrong too. The most probable reason your selling is that the house has no insulation, which you knew, and your heat bill is astronomical. For the record, I was straightforward and honest with you during the entire deal and find the only thing dishonest and misleading is your review. Take another look over the facts, it’s more likely your memory is untrustworthy..
